This provides us the best opportunity to protect your systems from both security threats and avoidable downtime by performing maintenance for various components of your systems. The Managed Gold / All in option also includes end user support, and IT planning / guidance.

Managed Bronze

This level of managed services focuses solely on infrastructure.

  • Varistream Tech stack on all servers and workstations
    • Remote machine management
    • Monitored Endpoint Detection and Response
    • Remote access
    • Software updates
    • Machine monitoring
  • Manual monthly updates and checks for networking devices and servers
  • Automated updates to workstations
  • Backup monitoring and monthly checks
  • A Tier 2 account technician assigned to your account as a main point of contact/knowledge
  • Support for issues with the infrastructure is included. User support and workstation software support is not included and billed at the normal rates.
  • Hardware refreshes are billed at the normal rates. This includes workstation rebuilds as required.

Managed Silver

This level of managed services focuses on both infrastructure as well as providing email and cloud services support.

  • Everything included in Managed Bronze plus;
  • User / Workstation support is included for normal usage
    • M365 Password resets
    • Troubleshooting access
    • M365 endpoint software troubleshooting
  • Varistream User tech stack for all m365 users
    • Security Awareness training
    • M365 monitoring and risk detection
    • M365 Backup
    • Enterprise password management software
  • Maintain and monitor M365 Tenant

Managed Gold / All in

This is the top level of service providing support for future planning and support with vendors.

  • Everything included in Managed Silver plus;
  • 20 hours available for IT Roadmap creation and vendor meetings
  • Workstation refreshes / rebuilds as deemed necessary.
  • Hardware recycling with software wipe of drives with certificate
  • Reduced emergency rates
  • Full IT Support for normal usage
