Rates
Standard Rates (All rates are per hour)
Onsite (Minimum billing of 1 hour, billed in 30 minute increments)
- Tier 3 Onsite: $150
- Tier 2 Onsite: $125
- Scheduled after hours: $225
Remote (Minimum billing of 30 minutes, billed in 15 minute increments)
- Tier 3 Remote: $125
- Tier 2 Remote: $100
Emergency rate (Minimum billing of 3 hours. This is unscheduled after hours work, or work which pulls a technician from a different client site)
- Initial 3 hours: $300
- Subsequent hours: $225
